·      I want to make confirmation about the room ·      I would like to confirm the table I reserved yesterday ·      I have booked five tickets last Tuesday and I want to confirm it	·   Yes sir, your room has been ready. ·   Your table is ready Sir ·   Your tickets are ready in the ticket counter. You can take it today.

2. Canceling

·      I have reserved a room yesterday. But, I regret to tell you that I have to cancel the reservation ·      Last week I booked a table for three. But I’m sorry I have to cancel it	·   Fine Sir, but we have to charge you 5% from the room’s price ·   No problem, Sir. ·   That’s okay, Sir.

IV.    Langkah-Langkah kegiatan Pembelajaran

a.                                                                     Kegiatan Awal

-   To arouse the students’ interest, Teacher ask the students to read a sample dialog on the book

-   To direct the students to the lesson, Teacher asks some questions related to the dialog

-   Teacher conveys the lesson objective.

b.     Kegiatan Inti

1.     Teacher presents the lesson

2.     Students do the skill practices

-   Students listen to the recording of confirming and canceling reservation and answer the questions related to it. (Act.1)

-   Students act out the dialog from Act.1. (Act.2)

-   Students read a dialog of confirming and canceling reservation and answer some questions related to it. (Act.3)

-   Students match the expression of making confirming and canceling with the correct responses. (Act.4)

-   Students compose a dialog of confirming and canceling reservation based on given clues. (Act.5)

-   Teacher guides the students to conclude the lesson they have learned
